Oregon's Climate Action Plan (OCAP)
In March 2020, Oregon Governor Kate Brown delivered one of the country's strongest Executive Orders on climate, now called the Oregon Climate Action Plan (OCAP). Citing the scientific, economic, and moral imperatives for cutting greenhouse gas emissions, the Governor rightly said, “Climate action is crucial and urgent.”
Alongside our partners in the Renew Oregon coalition, we are committed to ensuring that the Oregon Climate Action Plan is implemented fully and in ways that prioritize the needs of impacted communities.
