Conner oversees finance, human resources, information technology, facilities, and operational policies. He has worked consistently and effectively to maintain a high level of quality, functionality, and humanity at Climate Solutions. 

Conner has worked in various nonprofit environments (agency, government, and faith-based) for 20 years in multiple capacities as an executive director, administrative director and in direct services, training, program management, and policy. 

His volunteer time is spent as a trainer for a local anti-oppression organization. His spare time is spent hiking, remodeling his house with his fiancé, his cat, and watching his pound puppies re-landscape the back yard.
