As a Program Manager for the Breaking Barriers Collaborative, Steven leads programs that assist organizations in their transition to zero emission transportation technology.

Steven brings over six years of program management experience focused on decarbonizing transportation in the Pacific Northwest. Previously Steven worked for Multnomah County's Office of Sustainability, Forth, and PacifiCorp. For each of these roles Steven’s work focused on leading community outreach programs and implementing incentive programs that provided decarbonization benefits.

Steven attended the University of Oregon and graduated with a degree in Environmental Science with minors in business and biology. Steven enjoys gardening and spending time with his two cats Nebula and Nova.
