Innovate Washington (IWA), a statewide, public-private partnership catalyzing economic growth in Washington’s innovation economy, built upon the insights and knowldge of the Sustainable Aviation Fuels Northwest (SAFN) process by creating the Sustainable Aviation Biofuels Work Group under the direction of RCW 43.333.800. In December 2012 IWA released its first of two reports to the Washington State Legislature.
