Support our fire-impacted neighbors in Southern Oregon
September 14, 2020

We're sharing a call for help from our fire-impacted neighbors and climate champions in Southern Oregon. Wildfires are devastating communities across the Rogue Valley. Thousands of people have been displaced and hundreds of homes, businesses, and community spaces have been destroyed, including the headquarters of our grassroots partner Rogue Climate. The cities of Talent and Phoenix have been decimated, while parts of Medford, Ashland, and Shady Cove have also burned.

Money donated to the Rogue Valley Relief Fund will go directly to help people most impacted by these fires in the Rogue Valley. In the short term, this fund will be used to directly meet the needs of those who have been displaced by fires—it will buy tents, meals, gas, and other supplies that people need immediately. In the long term, we hope that this fund will support people who have lost their homes in these fires as they rebuild their lives, prioritizing those who have the least access to other sources of aid.

The goal is to raise $500,000 for Southern Oregon families in need. Please donate today and forward this campaign to your friends, family, and colleagues to help meet the goal.
