Climate Solutions 12th Annual Breakfast - An Urgent Opportunity

With all that has transpired with COVID-19, and the advisement from our health professionals and Governor, I wanted to let you know that we are no longer going to hold an in-person Breakfast on May 19. While we are extremely disappointed to miss seeing you in person, we know that this is the most responsible decision for the health and safety of our greater community. We are still figuring out next steps for raising funds for Climate Solutions in lieu of an in-person event.

As we experience climate impacts close to home, it is clear we need to accelerate solutions. We can have 100% clean electricity for our grid, cleaner fuels and electrification to power our transportation, and clean, energy-savvy buildings where we work and live.

For the past eleven years, Washington’s influential political figures, business and environmental leaders, and philanthropists, have come together for Climate Solutions Annual Breakfast. With your help, we can all accelerate the transition to a clean energy future. Please join us for our virtual event! More information to come soon.

Dr. Lucas Joppa

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Lucas Joppa is the first Chief Environmental Officer at Microsoft where he leads the company’s sustainability efforts through ongoing technology innovation, program development, policy advancement, and global operational excellence.  For more information, visit here. We are thrilled to have him present at our breakfast.

This breakfast is a great opportunity to connect with others, to support Climate Solutions' critical work throughout the Pacific Northwest, and to get a healthy and needed serving of hope and inspiration in this age of climate consequences.

We have an urgent opportunity for this place we love. Now more than ever as we experience climate impacts, it is clear we need to accelerate the transition to 100% clean and efficient energy in the region and beyond. We need solutions like 100% clean electricity for our grid, cleaner fuels and electrification to power our transportation, and clean and energy savvy buildings where we work and live. With your help, we can accelerate the transition to a clean energy future.

Thanks so much to our generous sponsors and table hosts!
