Mr. Roberts serves as Horizon's Vice President of Government Affairs. Over the last 10 years, he has worked in the wind industry with companies such as Vestas Americas, Goldman Sachs, PPM (now Iberdrola Renewables) and PacifiCorp. Mr. Roberts has significant experience in directing national, regional and state renewable energy policy and regulatory initiatives; establishing policies that support project development and create renewable markets; and supporting sales strategy development and implementation.
