Michael Toman is Lead Economist for Climate Change in the Development Research Group and Manager of the Energy and Environment Team at the World Bank. His research interests include alternative energy, policies for responding to risks of climate change catastrophes, investments for greenhouse gas reduction and mitigating climate
change by reducing deforestation.
