This is the moment we’ve been waiting for! For years, we’ve been working to pass the Clean Energy Jobs bill, and next week, legislators will finally have the opportunity to pass the most ambitious climate bill in Oregon’s history.
The Clean Energy Jobs bill will help build a healthy future by:
- Putting a firm and declining limit on climate pollution in Oregon;
- Holding all large polluters accountable, without exemptions or free passes; and
- Investing in job-creating clean energy projects in communities across the state, with at least half of investments to benefit communities most impacted by the climate crisis.
