David Yuen Tam is the President of Tam Global Consultants and R2B Microgrid Solutions which are both Eugene, Oregon based companies. He is a professional consultant specializing in renewable energy technologies, sustainable business development, economic development, a sustainable real estate consultant and investor who possesses over 25 years of experience helping U.S. firms, international firms and Native American communities grow and expand their economic endeavors. David currently serves as a state commissioner for the Oregon Commission on Asian Pacific Islander Affairs and the Environmental Justice Task Force. He is a former member of the City of Eugene Sustainability Commission and founder of the Sustainable Economic Development committee to that commission. He is also the director for the Oregon Asian Celebration which is one of the largest non-profit all volunteer-run cultural events on the west coast and has served many other Asian based non-profits in Lane County.
