The New Energy Cities team uses Carbon Wedge Analyses (adapting the Princeton University professor Robert H. Socolow’s Carbon Mitigation Stabilization Wedges) that show how a community that has set greenhouse gas emission (GHG) reduction goals can meet those targets using a variety of federal, state, and local strategies for each “wedge” for the WA cities of Issaquah and Shoreline, as well as King County, and for Beaverton, OR.
